Five use cases. Five things we’ve already built.

You sent us your priorities in order. This walkthrough follows that order exactly — and for each one we show the real engagement behind it, the measured result, and how it maps onto Leprino’s floor.

What we heard on June 11

ROI decides everything

Projects without a clear, defensible ROI don’t get approved. So where we have measured a number, we show it and say how it was measured. Where we haven’t measured one yet, we say that too — rather than handing you a vendor estimate dressed up as a result.

The plant floor is ahead of the back office

Heavy technology investment in manufacturing; slower adoption in back-office and general-user functions. Two of your five priorities sit on each side of that line.

You need demonstrable wins, not a strategy deck

Spencer named more internal skeptics than champions. The way through that is a visible win that a skeptic can watch happen. Our POCs are designed to be exactly that.

Big SAP + Microsoft shop

S/4HANA Private Cloud on RISE, M365 across the enterprise, Copilot in pilot, a benefits chatbot built in-house. That is nearly the exact profile of the customer in use case 5.

“This is where the idea of using this type of technology to grade pizza blister coverage, blister color, etc. comes from. Could also be used to measure string cheese dimensions as it passes on a conveyor belt, or the quality of a shred, or extraneous detection. Could remove the subjectivity to current grading processes and reduce manual labor.”

How we work — the part that matters for a skeptical room

Native
Built on Azure services you already own. No point-solution vendor sprawl.
Yours
Source code, configs and playbooks transfer to you. Capability transfer is a contract deliverable, not a promise.
80/20
After build, your team runs most of it. We come back for the complex work.
